At Das Licht, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a no-questions-asked return policy, allowing you to return products without having to provide a reason. However, please note that a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the invoiced MRP to cover inspection, handling, and repackaging costs. To initiate a return, simply reach out to our support team at support@daslicht.in or call us at +91 9866992244 within 7 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be sent back in their original packaging, with all accessories, components, and tags intact, and must be in unused, resaleable condition. Returns that do not meet these requirements may be rejected or subject to additional charges. We are committed to making the return process smooth, transparent, and hassle-free for our customers.
Return Process
To make your return experience simple and convenient, Das Licht provides an easy-to-use return system directly through your user dashboard. Customers can initiate a return request by logging into their account, selecting the relevant order, and submitting the return form. Once the request is submitted, our team will review and begin processing it within 2–3 business days. After the product is picked up and returned to our facility, it will undergo a thorough verification process to ensure its authenticity, condition, and compliance with our return guidelines. Only after confirming that the product is legitimate and meets all return criteria will we proceed with the refund as per our policy. Any discrepancies may result in rejection or partial refunds. Our goal is to maintain a fair, transparent, and efficient return system for all customers.
Refund Timeline
At Das Licht, we aim to process refunds as quickly and smoothly as possible once a returned product has been received and verified. For eligible returns, the refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing timelines. In cases where the returned item is received in perfect, unused condition and fully meets our return criteria, we may also issue a credit note as an alternative refund option. Credit notes are typically generated within 2 business days and can be used toward future purchases on our website. Please note that processing times may vary slightly during holidays, high-volume periods, or due to external payment gateway delays, but we always strive to keep you informed throughout the refund process.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
At Das Licht, we take product quality and customer satisfaction seriously. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@daslicht.in. To process your claim efficiently, an unboxing video showing the condition of the product at the time of opening is mandatory. This helps us verify the issue and ensures a fair assessment. If the problem is reported within the first 48 hours, you will be eligible for a free replacement. For issues reported within one week, we can still provide a replacement; however, a 15% service and handling charge will apply. Please note that requests made after one week from the date of delivery cannot be entertained, and no replacements will be issued beyond this window. Our goal is to resolve such cases promptly and fairly while maintaining the quality and integrity of our products.
Verification & Replacement
At Das Licht, every returned or reported product undergoes a thorough verification process to confirm the authenticity of the claim. Once your return or replacement request is approved, we strive to provide a replacement within 1–3 days, ensuring minimal inconvenience to you. Our quality team carefully inspects the returned item to assess its condition, verify defects, and ensure it aligns with the concerns raised during your claim. If the product passes verification and the issue is deemed valid, the replacement will be processed promptly. However, if the claim is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or invalid, the cost of return shipping and any associated charges will be the responsibility of the customer. This verification step helps us maintain fairness, uphold product standards, and prevent misuse of the return and replacement policy.
