Refund & Return Policy

1. No-Questions Asked Return Policy

We offer a no-questions-asked return policy. However, a 15% restocking fee will be charged on the invoiced MRP.

To initiate a return, contact us at support@daslicht.in or call +91 9866992244 within 7 days of receiving the product.

Returns must be in original packaging with all accessories intact.

2. Return Process

Das Licht will verify the returned product for legitimacy before processing the refund.

3. Refund Timeline

Refund will be credited to original payment method within 5-7 business days

Credit notes for returned items in perfect condition will be issued within 2 business days.

4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

For defective, damaged, or incorrect products, contact us within 48 hours of delivery via email at support@daslicht.in.

An unboxing video is required to claim replacement for broken or non-working items.

If reported within 48 hours, a free replacement will be provided. If reported within a week, a 15% charge applies. No replacements will be entertained after one week.

5. Verification & Replacement

Replacement will be give within 1-3 days

All returned products undergo verification checks by Das Licht to determine the legitimacy of the claim.

If the claim is not valid, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.
